Owner Portal

  • Access: Owners can access a portal to view all current and upcoming bookings, providing transparency and ease of management. Dates can also be blocked by the owner for their own personal use of the property.

  • Operations Manager: Our opps manager and guest communication manager have 24/7 Availability to handle any urgent issues that may arise.
  • Property Manager: Accessible from 8.45 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday.​​​

Owner Payouts

  • Flexible Payments: Choose between bi-monthly or monthly payments. Bi-monthly payouts are completed on the 1st and 15th, while monthly payouts occur on the 20th* and are provided with owner statements.

Implementation Plan


We keep things simple, its as easy as 1 through 6.

1: Have a chat 
Call us to discuss if short term letting is right for you. Book a time for our team to view your property.

2: Property viewing 
We will view your property. Feedback will be provided on any implementations that may help increase your property revenue and guest experience.

3: Contract Review
Owner reviews, approves, and signs contract and implements any of the advised recommendations they choose (If required).

4: Property Set up
Close to Home conducts an onboarding inspection at the property and gathers information for the guest manual, supplies, along with establishing our systems and processes specific to the property. Photos are taken or scheduled.

5: Listing creation
We set up your listings for optimal performance on all our partner OTAs and the Close To Home website.

6: Go Live
We launch your property and you start benefiting from our comprehensive management approach.
